SAUVIGNON BLANC
On the nose, expect fresh herbs with green pineapple and kefir lime, with subtle salt air characters.  Enjoy the lively acidity of the palate, balanced by richness from the barrel fermented component. Flavours of grilled pineapple with a mineral edge and tomato stalk on the finish.
 
CHARDONNAY
Look for aromas of white peach, lemon, toasted hazelnut, and flint. Enjoy the rich, concentrated palate, with bright acidity balancing the fruit sweetness. Ripe lemon and peach flavours, with grapefruit on the finish.
 
PINOT NOIR
Discover dark cherry and bramble aromas, with sweet spice and subtle toasty notes. Enjoy flavours of cherry compote, mocha and clove, with earthy smokey notes from careful barrel aging in French oak hogsheads. Expect medium body with supple tannin structure.
