Six Bottles of Giesen The Brothers Pinot Noir 2016

Fruit is harvested by hand from select vineyards throughout the Southern Valleys. The Southern Valleys region is renowned for growing Pinot Noir with great colour and excellent texture and ripeness

On the nose enjoy aromas of currant, cherry, spice and charred wood. These give over to a generous palate with striking bramble and cedar notes which combine with fine grain tannin to focus to the finish.

Aged in a mix of new and used French oak 300L barrels. Oak comes from Giesen's French cooper, chosen because it gives a unique style which helps to lengthen the wine. This wine is designed to retain fruit purity and age gracefully.
